These wood boxes were originally designed for the tooling industry. Used to ship valuable machining tools from the tool manufacturer to diversified industries world wide including Woodworking, Automotive, Plastic, Aerospace, Circuit Board and Concrete industries .

Designed for durability and value we have supplied thousands of these boxes for varied end uses. Many are simply used to store those precious items such as important papers, photo albums, vinyl albums, jewelry , coins and family keepsakes.

The boxes are unfinished on the inside. Can be lined, painted or used as is. Solid 3/4 inch oak ply perimeter with strong T&G joints. Quarter inch thick top and bottom. Lids are a standard 1" high on the inside. Brass plated hardware including piano hinge on back unless specified otherwise on smaller units. Outside finished with durable Varathane® clear gloss "Diamond Finish".

We manufacture many sizes so we encourage you to contact us if you do not see the size (or material) that best fits your project. Available in sizes as large as 28 X 28 inches on inside and as small as 3 1/2 X 3 1/2 inches on inside. Custom size request welcome.
