Is there a minimum amount I
must order?
We recognize that retailers heave specific requirements for their clients.
There are only two minor restrictions:
a) orders must be for amount of pieces packed per carton (the pieces per carton
are shown on each item page)
b) wholesale orders must exceed $200 USD. The amount is not per specific
item but the total of the order.
Exceptions may be made depending on our inventory levels.
How long will it take to
prepare my order?
Certain levels of finished inventory are maintained at all
times and it is possible that your required amounts are in stock. In most
other cases orders will be ready within one to two weeks. We will provide an
order confirmation showing a “ready to be shipped date” for all orders so
you can make necessary arrangements. For immediate requirements and or stock
level information please
contact us.
How
will my order be shipped?
This is up to the customer. Depending on the size of the
order and shipping destination we suggest common carriers, LTL carriers,
courier, customer pickup or Canada Post and USPS. When ordering please advise of your
choice.
Can I arrange for credit terms?
Yes. Please go to

Application Request and request a credit application form. Please supply
your return email address, business information and contact name. An application
will be sent to you.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, checks (with credit approval),
money orders, LC’s from known and approved sources and good old cash.
Arrangements may be made to accept other credit card payments in the future.
What
about taxes and duty?
All taxes are extra when applicable. Contact your local
customs office and inquire about duty if ordering outside Canada. Canadian
customers should contact us for our GST number
when ordering.

Yes. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll be glad to
work with you.
How can I
get a sample?
If you require a sample without any changes the simplest way is to order the
item (s) online at the specific page for the product. Samples are usually
shipped in 2-3 days. Contact
us if you require samples with changes to an existing item or
samples for a new item not listed. We encourage you to send sketches or CAD
drawings of your ideas.
How can I get a wholesale price
list?

Can I Purchase The Following and tell us which products you are interested

You will receive a reply with the name and location
of the store nearest you. Please note, a store that carries our products may
not necessarily carry all the items that are listed on our site. In this case
you can purchase the item direct from us.
How
much does an item cost?
Please go to
ALL PRODUCTS link and select the item you are
interested in. Respond to the product ad for retail price.
When can I expect my order?
Generally orders are shipped from our premises within three
business days of receiving your payment information. The actual time it will
take for delivery is dependent on your location and method of shipping (i.e.
ground, air, express). Typically orders shipped in Canada and continental US are
received within two weeks of shipping date when sent by Canada Post parcel
surface shipping. Please
contact us for shipping cost if you require a faster level
of service.
How
will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped to you choice of address by
surface shipping unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Surface
shipping is free in Canada and continental US.
What
about guarantees?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may
return it in its original condition and original carton for a full refund (less
our actual shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee does not

to be sure you are satisfied prior to ordering. Only pre-paid returns will be
accepted. No returns of custom orders will be accepted.
Is there a minimum I must order?
No. Retail purchasers have no minimum amount of pieces to
purchase.
What type of payments do you
accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, checks (with credit approval),
money orders, and good old cash. Arrangements may be made to accept other
credit card payments in the future.
What
about taxes and duty?
British Columbia Canada residents must add 7.5% PST and 7% GST
on the purchase dollar amount. All other Canadian provinces must add only the
7% GST on the purchase dollar amount.
International purchasers will not be charged sales tax when
exempt. Contact your local customs office and inquire about duty if
ordering outside Canada.
